With Jamat-e-Islami’s Back and Support Kashmir Solidarity Day Will Be Observed


Kashmir is an inseparable part of Pakistan and even though it has stayed under the unlawful and illicit control of India, the people of Pakistan have not lost hope in its liberation one day. While Kashmiri people have been doing all they can to break the control of India over them and be independent, Pakistanis have been showing their support to Kashmir for 65 years too. Jamat-e-Islami has always been one of the ardent supporters of Kashmiri people in their fight for liberation and due to their support the Kashmir Solidarity Day will be observed in Pakistan once again.

The day will be separated on February 5, 2014 and various rallies, processions and addresses will take place in the support of Kashmir and to put light on the importance of Kashmir’s issue for Pakistan. JI being in the lead on this day will be joined by its other sister parties in the observing the day. In addition to the rallies and addresses, the gathered people and political entities will also pray for the liberation of the tyrannized area of Kashmir.

Federal capital, Islamabad, will be the stage for the main rally and the Ameer of JI, who was an impressive addresser to the nation in 2013 elections, will be communicating his words to the gathered people on the matter. Similar rallies will be held in all provinces and major cities of the country under the leadership of members of the JI. The secretary General of JI, Liaqat Baloch along with other companions, will be leading the rallies held in the city of Karachi.

Dr. Farid Ahmed Paracha will be joined by Mian Maqsood and other companions to lead the major rally in Punjab. Other rallies of the same nature will be held in Muzzafarabad, Peshawar and other major cities of the country too. The participants will be holding placards and signs in support of Kashmir and are expected to peacefully listen to the addresses delivered by the leaders.

Other parties that will join the rallies and show their support for Kashmir include Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba, Shabab-e-Milli and many others. The address in Islamabad will be the most important one on the issue for those interested in watching the proceedings on TV.
