Altaf In Support Of the NWA Operation

Altaf Hussain, the leader of the Pakistan’s Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) party, has admired the bold step government took by setting up an operation in North Waziristan. While having a conversation on the phone with Rehman Malik, former Interior Minister, Altaf said that his party and he were going to be very supportive of this operation because terrorism and Pakistan don’t go hand in hand. He cleared that his party was strictly against all actions of violence and terrorism and were ready to fight fire with fire if it meant acquiring peace.

He also insisted that the religious and political forces must join hands to bring stability in Pakistan and demolish terrorism. The former Interior Minister said that Pakistanis should now pray for the well-being and lives of the Pak armed forces as they try to bring peace.
