PML-Q Tries To Team Up With AML, PAT

The PML-Q is trying hard to form a grand alliance with PAT and AML as a meeting was held between the three against the elected government of PML-N. The three of them had discussed options to drive away this government. The meeting was held at Dr. Tahir UL Qadri’s residence. The three of them decided to carry out their political activities in the Holy Month of Ramadan. The PML-Q wants to form a grand opponent to face the in-sitting alliance and for this it has been contacting other parties which are having the same opinion as PML-Q.

The AML chairman Sheikh Rasheed said that a grand alliance was to be planned to drive away the Nawaz Sharif government and to achieve this he was contacting the PTI chairman Imran Khan to join this alliance to gather more support. He said that it was his desire to unite all the opposition parties against the government. He called his party as an ally of PTI. Sheikh Rasheed said that to form a judicial commission to solve the issue of Model town was a waste of time and was a critical way to save the image of the rulers.

He further said that the demand of removal of Rana Sanaullah was not enough and would not solve the issue of Model Town. He said that the nation was demanding something much better, the resignation of the CM Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif.  He also said that the rulers were trying to tempt Dr. Tahir Ul Qadri by making telephonic contacts so that they can cover up the model town incident. He assured that the lives given by PAT workers were not going to be wasted. He informed that PML-Q was in contact with all the opposition parties.

The PML-Q leader Choudhry Shujaat Hussain said that he was in contact with all the opposition parties. He also said that these meetings with like-minded parties would continue in the Holy Month of Ramadan. He said that revenge would be taken from those who are responsible for the killing of innocent people in Model Town. He also assured that they would be punished accordingly. PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said 1,600 workers of PAT had been charged of terrorism unnecessarily. He too demanded the resignation of Shahbaz Sharif. According to other sources the two PML-Q leaders planned future strategy with PAT leader Dr. Tahir Ul Qadri.
