Mandate of Millions Cannot Be Overrun by a Few Thousands, Says Nawaz Sharif

LAHORE: Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan, said that a few thousand protesters won’t be permitted to overrun the mandate set by millions.

He said the national economy and public life have been badly affected by the sit-ins of two parties in the capital. According to him, two heads of states have rescheduled their visit to Islamabad because of these protests. He added that in the current situation, visit of Chinese President is also at stake.

Nawaz Sharif said that the current situation just a small storm and the government is trying all it can to resolve the issue.
