Qadri Accuses Government of Halting Water and Food Supplies To Dharna

ISLAMABAD: Dr. Tahirul Qadri, Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), has just revealed that the Pakistan govt hasn’t been letting his workers supply potable water and food items for the sit-in participants.

According to him, an official told him that the water being brought to marchers would be mixed up with something to trigger diarrhea. Qadri informed that the D-chowk and surrounding areas had almost been turned into a prison. PAT chief instructed his workers to get the food trucks released from authorities in the Margalla area.

Qadri also sought promises and assurances from his sit-in participants that they won’t leave him at the sit-in site.
