The Name of Suspects In Imran Farooq Murder Finally Revealed

Remaining a mystery for nearly 4 years, the names of Dr. Imran Farooq’s murder suspects have finally been revealed. The names of the suspects were revealed with the help of reports that were collected from Pakistani officials and published through BBC news report. The names of the two suspects are Muhammad Kashif Khan and Mohsin Ali Syed. The two young guys were not living in England for a long instead they had recently landed in London on student visas.

The murder of Imran Farooq, a former leader of MQM, had remained a mystery for a long time and the people in Pakistan were split into two groups where one was of the view the MQM had taken this step itself for many reasons whereas the other group kept defending MQM for the murder. The reports say that the suspects in the murder of famous MQM leader left England via Heathrow airport on the very same day. The suspects flew to Sri Lanka after leaving England.

Not only did the suspects left England on the day of the murder but one of the suspects, Kashif Khan, allegedly came to England only a few days prior to the incident. Before the incident the two suspects were attending class in an east London college. The British home office has, however, not brought the college under any kind of inquiry as of the moment.

Moazzam Ali Khan, a businessman from Karachi, has also been named as an important entity in the case since his named has been identified as the verifier of the visas the two suspects were holding. Iftikhar Hussain, another suspect in the murder case, has constantly been in touch with Moazzam Ali Khan for 3 years after the incident. Iftikhar Hussain was the first person in the entire investigation of the case who was arrested as a suspect.

It has been more than 3 years since the murder of Dr. Imran Farooq in the Green Lane and this is the first time the assassins have been identified and named, and based on that the British Crown Prosecution Service has laid stress on Pakistani officials to catch the two suspects. Dr. Imran Farooq was murdered with several stab wounds and a severe hit on his head a few feet away from his place of residence.
