Elections 2013 Were Rigged, Confirms and Alleges Afzal Khan

Afzal Khan, Former Additional Secretary of ECP has alleged that the elections held in 2013 were rigged. During an interview with a private TV channel, Afzal Khan alleged that the former chief justice Iftikhar M. Chaudhry, former CEC (Chief Election Commissioner) Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim, Justice (retd) Riaz Kayani and Justice (retd) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani were also involved in this rigging.
