Attacks on PPP Office Condemned by Bilawal Zardari

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP, has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks on the Karachi office of PPP Minister Javed Nagori and also on the convoy of Akhunzada Chattan, the PPP FATA President in Bajaur Agency.

It should be recalled that Sindh Minister Javed Nagori’s brother, Akbar Nagori, had been martyred because of injuries he acquired in a grenade attack that wounded five more workers of PPP on Friday night. A remote-controlled bomb had been used for attacking convoy of PPP FATA President Akhunzada Chattan. He had managed to escape from it miraculously and was uninjured.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that his Party would not be deterred because of such cowardly attacks and its workers and leaders would continue working for the cause of eliminating terrorism in all its manifestations and forms.

He also said that PPP was the only political party that was being targeted by terrorists and their sponsors for taking action against cancer of terrorism and extremism. The chairman PPP expressed his sympathies with Javed Nagori and his family because of the loss of their brother. He also directed praise towards Akhunzada Chattan for using the Party platform to wage a war for the rights of the people of FATA and assured the workers that the party would stand by their side through thick and thin.
