Jamaat-e-Islami Rally Organized in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa

On Sunday, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan organized a huge rally in the Buner district in the province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P). They have recently been campaigning in the country against an interest-based economy, unemployment, and inflation. 

Through this particular rally, however, they wanted to get their message across to the rulers of the country. They have demanded that the government should solve the problems Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan is campaigning against, or they should start preparing to go home. 

Siraj ul Haq, the Chief Senator of JI, addressed thousands of people at the rally, who had come out of their homes to hear what the leader had to say. 

According to the senator, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had turned out to be the worst party in power in the history of the country. He believes that this particular government is worse off than PPP, PML-N, and Pervez Musharraf ever were. 

Siraj ul Haq went on to say that PTI is responsible for destroying the economy and damaging every institution that exists in Pakistan, in only half of its tenure. During his speech, he declared that the citizens of the country are all set to march towards the capital city and kick Imran Khan out. It is his belief that people will get rid of the current Prime Minister if he, along with his party members, remain unconcerned about the miseries that the masses are currently facing. 

However, the JI Chief Senator believes that this is due to the mistakes of PPP and PML-N together. In his opinion, when the two parties were ruling over the country, they failed to introduce institutional reforms and help improve the economy. 

He accused the opposition of bringing the ‘gift’ of PTI in the government and allowing it to deceive the people of the country in the name of change. 

Siraj ul Haq added that ever since the PTI government had come into power, they had continued the policies made by the previous government, which they had contested against. Moreover, the current ruling party had proved that it was incompetent in various fields, as per the Chief Senator. 

In his speech, Haq also stated that all three parties have shown that they are mainstream. He accused them of betraying the masses in their respective tenures by representing the same self-serving mindset and ideology. 

He called out the members of all three parties and said that they are agents of international powers, status quo, and lending agencies. The JI Chief Senator believes that everyone with ties to either PPP, PML-N, or PTI exists to protect their own interests and of their party leaders. 

Siraj ul Haq stressed the fact that supporting Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan would be in the best interests of everyone. He stated that it is the only party that acts as a real opposition party and focuses on raising its voice for the country and for the common man. 

The Chief Senator reminded Imran Khan of his promise to leave office if a thousand people gathered against him. He also added that now that Khan’s friend Trump is gone, it is time for the current Prime Minister to resign as well.
