Indoor restaurants and wedding halls have been said by the NCOC to be the high contributors to the rising number of positive cases and the spread of the infectious disease earlier this month.
Followed by the observation came the announcement from NCOC on October 9 that it was issuing new guidelines for wedding halls, parks, and other public places, with the number of guests limited to 300 for indoor activities and 500 for outdoor activities and the halls to be closed down by 10 pm.
